Die Daten für diese Listen basieren auf der freien Datenbank Wikidata und sind öffentlichen Verzeichnissen oder den Jahresberichten der Organisationen entnommen. Die Währungswerte wurden auf Basis der aktuellen Wechselkurse in Euro umgerechnet. Aber Achtung: Nicht jedes Land und jede Organisation veröffentlicht Daten zu gemeinnützigen Organisationen. Auch wird teilweise unterschiedlich definiert, was eine Nonprofit-Organisation ist.
